Dark Forest of Ulcron3 will accept returns for any Reason at Any Time.
It's always better to call (732-672-5108) or write returns@ulcron3.com before returning items to us.
Please include original invoice if available, if invoice is not available please provide approximate date and name of customer on the original purchase.

Shipping:
We use US Priority Mail, US Express, Parcel Post or Fed Ex Home Delivery for our main domestic shipping.
Our International Shipping is usually done via International Priority or Express Mail.
Other Methods can be used by request.

Free Shipping:
From time to Time we Offer Free Shipping. Usually free shipping is offered after reaching a certain dollar amount on your order. The order amount can vary so check our Announcement Page for updates. The method used for Free Shipping will be determined at time of shipping by our shipping department.
